We know that finding the right place to live is always hard. With that in mind we decided to make a step further and try doing things differently. We also know that finding the right person to trust your house to is really important. And to be honest, we believe we are the perfect match for your place : )
Who are we?
I am Lucas (30) from Brazil, and I work full time as video producer and head of post-production at Create X Wonder. I'm becoming a business partner this year, which is really exciting! We have clients like Air NZ, Fletcher Living, Nissan, Torpedo 7 and many others. If you wanna know more about my work a bit more about me you can check it here.

My partner, Laura is 29 years old and works in marketing at Spur as an Account Manager for brands like Fonterra, Mercury and Manawa Bay! She’s a motivated, easygoing and organised person. Oh, she also founded a fashion brand in Brazil before coming to NZ

Our income is at least 155k/year, it can go higher with commissions, so we are more than comfortable with the rent cost.
A little more about us
We are both New Zealand residents. We like to spend our free time being active, going to the gym, going out for dinner and trying to find the best iced coffee in town! We do also appreciate some good movie and board games nights.
We are super respectful, tidy and easy going and definitely not party people. Oh, we also do not have any pets and don’t smoke. We love to make the place in live as cozy as possible, and we already can imagine ourselves living in the house.
Currently we are living in a studio in Belmont, but we are looking for a bigger space like yours! We loved the house, and the bathroom and kitchen were our favorites! Ideally we would take the property on the 8th, but if this is a dealbreaker we are open to dicuss the best suitable date for you.
